We are doing blogs. We are learning to use the computer. This is a photo of a person holding a rock for topic. There is a person holding a shell.

Room 3 Maraeroa School Porirua

We have mountains of new and interesting ideas and thoughts to explore, discover and discuss. Our learning is centred on getting the basics right. We practise and practise them, and then master them. We aim to get proficient at our reading, writing and number skills and use our developing skills to help us with our learning across the curriculum.

Our learning space is vibrant, filled with the children's art. Text rich, filled with books, poems and the children's stories. Our classroom has active, doing spaces, and quiet reading and thinking spaces. The children are encouraged to work, think and learn independently, with peer and teacher support.
